Enforcement and Bankruptcy Law, regulates the collection of debts when they are not paid by the debtor, through the coercive execution organs of the state upon the creditor’s request. Bankruptcy Law, on the other hand, involves the liquidation of assets of legal entities (companies) and, in some cases, individuals (such as tradespeople) who are unable to pay their debts, distributing the proceeds to creditors.
